A stunning 1986 exact reproduction of a Pierre Adrien Dachery silver sauce boat created in France between 1768 and 1775, in a gorgeous scalloped shell repousse’ with a scrolled double band handle ending in a claw foot with a garland band to the foot. The originals are on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This piece was reproduced by the M.M.A. Silver company, is stamped to bottom ‘M.M.A. 1986 Pierre Adrien Dachery, France 1768 to 1775’
